Unethical I went to another dealership after receiving my receipt for a 2011 Toyota Prius purchase from this Vandergriff dealership. I was tired and desperate f I went to another dealership after receiving my receipt for a 2011 Toyota Prius purchase from this Vandergriff dealership. I was tired and desperate for a car when going to them on a Saturday morning last November. They totally took advantage of me. Many people would say paying $5,000 over the value of a car is excessive - but try almost $10,000 over. This is what they did... So, I purchase a new car from Family Toyota in Burleson: Rolled into my finances were a payoff of $22,806 of a market value of $12,000 trade-in on a car purchased a few months ago from Vandergriff Toyota. Family Toyota provided me guidance in cancelling all non-standard services that Vandergriff claimed as standard/necessary for a 2011 Toyota Prius previously purchased from Vandergriff. I'm not through with dealing in letters and legal battles against Vandergriff, but I am thoroughly happy with the professional and kind treatment of Family Toyota. They are HONEST, SINCERE and truly CARE about their customers as people, and not just optimum profit for themselves. I recommend FAMILY TOYOTA of Burleson 100%!!! Do NOT go to Vandergriff if you want ethical and fair treatment as a human being. Go to Family Toyota in Burleson today if you want fair and honest treatment in purchasing a Toyota!!! Repair work backed up! I had my Camry serviced for a grind/rattle at cold start-up and a faulty hands-free radio in February. The completed the work and I picked up my car. The next morning the grind/rattle and radio issue were still there. Frustrated, I called them back and let them know. Nancy told me to bring the car back and she would have a loaner car to drive at no charge for my hassle. They didn't have to do that. When I brought the car back, I told them what was still happening. They never could make the radio show the issue, but they replaced it anyway. They didn't have to do that either. I appreciate their persistence in completing the service correctly. They have always been very nice, especially Nancy. Thanks. PS- John Thanks for remembering and calling me on my birthday. More
