Great Service Provided by Brett Cox! I had a flat late Friday night on our new Toyota Camry and we thought the tire might be damaged. Took the car in Saturday afternoon and we were assisted by Brett Cox. He was very nice and knowledgeable and replaced the tire with no questions asked. Positive sales experience I recently had purchased my 4th Toyota from Vandergriff. Financial circumstances forced me to have to sell my secondary vehicle. I contacted Mr. Golli I recently had purchased my 4th Toyota from Vandergriff. Financial circumstances forced me to have to sell my secondary vehicle. I contacted Mr. Gollie for assistance with used cars possibly buying it back. It was pretty seamless, thanks to John Gollie! He asked Robert Cook if he could assist. JOHN GOLLIE IS THE BEST CAR SALESMAN I HAVE EVER USED!!!! I have purchased several Toyota's from Vandergriff Toyota, starting in 1993. However, the friendly, frank and valuable assistance I regularly receive I have purchased several Toyota's from Vandergriff Toyota, starting in 1993. However, the friendly, frank and valuable assistance I regularly receive from John Gollie is the best I have ever received from ANY dealership. I bought my first NEW car (it was a Toyota Celica that cost $2,800.00 including TT&L) in 1972 so I have a lot of experience. In 2006, I purchased a new Toyota Yaris from John. He GAVE it to me for $15K including TT&L. That car now has 114,000 miles on it, gets 40 mpg highway and is the most reliable car I have owned in my lifetime. In 2013, I bought a new Toyota Avalon Limited Hybrid (my second Avalon from Vandergriff) and it is also a great car. John sold it to me for a price well below the median shown on Consumers Reports Car Buying Service and it was LOADED! A much larger car than my Yaris but it also gets 40 mpg city & highway. I love taking my cars in for servioce because John knows my name, knows my cars, and keeps track of my interests. What more could a person ask for from a car salesman? I would be remiss if I failed to mention the best service advisor at Vandergriff, Nancy Goodwin. Nancy works tirelessly at ensuring the best, timely and accurate service for my cars. When I have used other service advisors in the past, I can tell a difference in the level of service, attention to detail, and the like. I love Nancy's attitude; she always has a smile on her face (or in her voice on the phone) even when I am discussing a problem with her. You can't go wrong letting Nancy spearhead the service for your vehicle!!! More

My Recent Experience I love my car for it has lasted 10 years. I always had taken it to Toyota for major repairs and oil changes. Friday, April 3, 2015 I had to have my car repair and the service rep help bring down the price by $150.00 which made a difference in the overall cost. Knowing my car is going to last longer, I do value the quality of Toyota service. I may not agree with the cost of labor for some labor cost can be expensive. Since it took five hours, Toyota courtesy van took me home and picked me up when my car was ready. The only thing about the driver, he was sort a hitting on me by trying to get me to go fishing with just him. More
