Outstanding Service. I brought my 2007 runner in for drive train /rear suspension issues. Nancy Goodwin got on top of the problem immediately. They checked out all of the symptoms and found some rear suspension parts that had unusual wear and subsequently replace those parts affected and restored my car. Nancy also worked with me on a rental /loaner car for the day and 1/2 that I needed transportation. I'm very happy with my overall experience at Vandergriff Toyota ,that's why I bring my vehicle back each time it needs TLC. More

We spoke with John Gollie and came out of the dealership with a newly leased 2015 Camry! John was so great to work with. He is so friendly,very professional, helped us with options that were available to us, and we never felt we were being pressured into getting another car there at all. We have a second leased Toyota and will be going back to John next year. We know he will work to help us come away as satisfied customers once again. We have been leasing from Vandergriff for many years. After we were through with John, we sat down with Nick Kaba to get the financial papers signed. Nick was also so helpful.........explained all the papers that needed to be signed and was very professional. I sure hope he and John are there next year to help us once again! More

Awesome customer service by Tom Livingston We went in to get our scheduled maintenance for 30,000 miles. It was going to be our first time using the extended Toyota care plan. So I wasn't sur We went in to get our scheduled maintenance for 30,000 miles. It was going to be our first time using the extended Toyota care plan. So I wasn't sure how it would go. He asked if we had any concerns at the moment and I let him know of a moldy smell coming in from a/c vents. He said he would have the techs check the cabin filter which sometime causes it. He did advise that even though the oil change and tire rotation where included at no cost with the extended maintenance plan we purchased that the filter was not. It would be $39.95. I asked him if the service department had any discount coupons online at the moment for it but he said they didn't apply since they don't really charge labor for the filter. It was okay because the smell really was bothering me. While we were waiting in the waiting area (which to my surprise had been remodeled! It had a nicer kids area, a Starbucks coffee maker, different tea selections, free snacks and water, nice decor, and nice tv), Tom came over and said that when inputting the ticket he was able to cover not only the cabin filter but the engine air filter at no cost! That was really great of him to look into that because you kind of always expect not leaving a service appointment for your car without paying something out of pocket. He was really nice and went over all the paperwork at the end which included the multi-point inspection. I've never had a service advisor do that. I left feeling really good about this service department and glad we purchased our car from Vandergriff Toyota. More
