I call to make sure she's gonna be there when I show up at 7 am for the first wave of busy people with no time to waste and she is ALWAYS THERE !!!! To be honest, I think they have a cot for her in the back and she only goes home on the weekends. Im in sales and fundamental sales is buying from people you like regardless of price. I get it. Recently she recommended I change out all four tires on the Prius because she felt they were to the point that they were unsafe in rainy weather. He has gone to bat for me on several occasions when a problem occured in our 2011 Sienna and the Toyota extendend maintenance balked at coverage.
