Vandergriff Toyota has my Lexus running like new! Ryan took care to look at my issue and concerns in length and detail. Having brought my car in to several reputable repair shops for a diagnostic and Ryan took care to look at my issue and concerns in length and detail. Having brought my car in to several reputable repair shops for a diagnostic and getting no relief, I had my husband take my Lexus to Vandergriff (where I get all my maintenance done). Well, no sooner had my husband sat down, Ryan and crew came back with my needing a wheel bearing and discussed the cost. He also looked at and diagnosed a leaking AC (again, i was advised to replace it at costs of $2200 up to $2800). All that to say, my 2008 ES350 runs like "buttah"!! Runs like brand new and I'm loving it again. Vandergriff has never disappointed. More

Hamilton met me when I arrived and suggested other services they could p Great experience when I took my Camry for routine oil change on 6/1/15. T.J. Hamilton met me when I arrived and suggested other services they could provide while the car was at the shop - state inspection, tire rotation, repairing chip in windshield from a rock. He called courtesy van to come around and I was on my way to the office less than five minutes after my arrival. T.J. called when repairs were complete and offered to send courtesy can to pick me up. By the time I paid the cashier for the state inspection (only thing I was charged for), my newly washed vehicle was pulled to the door, already cooled off and I was on my way back to work. Thanks T.J. Hamilton and Vandergriff for a hassle free experience getting several things off my to-do list! More

Outstanding service Took in my 2010 Tacoma for service early April. Per Ryan's recommendation all the work was done to my satisfaction. I inquired about a recall on Day Light Running lights which had been a concern as it was clearly a manufacturer defect. Ryan placed an order for the replacement parts. Within 6 weeks I got the call to bring my truck for headlight replacement under warranty. I have to say, I am very happy for the excellent service and attention Ryan pays to his work and to us (customers). Looking forward for the next service milestone. More
