We had problems with the fuses and Nancy was there to get the problem solved. She saw that we were comfortable while we waited. Nancy kept us updated on the situation. Bought certified 2013 RAV4 We are happy with the RAV4 on how it handles, but when we bought it it was raining out. We trusted the fact that it was certified. The next day we realized there were scratches all over the car that were touched up with paint that did not match and were not buffed. The bumper has a huge scrape and was also touched up, and the paint they used on the bumper got on the car. Black on silver. The tire also has a chunk missing out of it. Being a 4wd, all four tires need replacing now. There is also a chip in the windshield that was spidering. I brought it back and brought it to there attention. After three visits the windshield was patched, and the scratches buy the rear license plate were touched up and buffed and they did there best with the bumper. More
