I have come to expect great customer service from this dealership, but this visit surpassed all expectations. Brett did an amazing job of taking care of the issues that came up with my vehicle, and he made sure I was taken care of as well. I can't imagine any other dealership service dept could match the quality of Vandergriff because they have set the bar so high. I highly recommend Brett and the service dept. More

Super customer service employee Nancy Goodwin took my call about airbag replacement. She is a very nice lady to work with on the phone and in person. Great service again!! Nancy Goodwin had me a quote on Monday afternoon after we dropped my car off at the overnight drop on Sunday night. My car was making a strange sound and she sent me the quote and it was all itemized to see what we wanted to do. She was very helpful to tell me what she thought. Then my car was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Nancy is a hard worker and works VERY long hours to accommodate her customers. I highly recommend her! More

Nancy Goodwin's pleasant personality and willingness to assist is what drives me back each time to Vandergriff Toyota. Upon arrival, I went to her and she checked my vehicle and within the hour, it was all taken care off! You are amazing Nancy and Thank you for always taking the time to find out, how I am doing! Satisfied Customer I couldn't be more satisfied with the pleasantness, cheerfulness, helpfulness of Bob Brett! What an amazing and caring individual. He sure is an asse I couldn't be more satisfied with the pleasantness, cheerfulness, helpfulness of Bob Brett! What an amazing and caring individual. He sure is an asset to Toyota Vandergriff. I was there the day before just to take care of an issue I was having with my Sienna, with another associate. But, as I was waiting, I got to talking with Bob Brett and he was amazing. I had my car for two years and didn't take advantage of the Zak Treatment. So I saw a flyer in the waiting room and asked Bob about this. He was amazing. He checked the records and was able to get me in the next day. And for the first time in two years, I was able to take care of a $600 value that I had paid and not used and will expire next year. Thanks to Bob. Unfortunately, I had not received any notification of this which was suppose to come every six months. Bob, was great with the information and I was able to get the car taken care-off. It stills needs some attention which they hadn't done well, upon contacting Bob, he asked me to bring it in again and he will make sure that it is taken care off. Thank you, Bob for your help and assistance. You are great! and I am have always been happy with the service at Toyota Vandergriff. More
