Got conned with a used car with engine problems 2 weeks after i bought a used car i experienced engine problems. The dealership would not pay to fix them. After experiencing more problems with the c 2 weeks after i bought a used car i experienced engine problems. The dealership would not pay to fix them. After experiencing more problems with the car i decide to go back and trade it in, only to be low-balled with the trade in value and over charged for the price of the new car. They wont even hear out the complaints or try and reach a fair deal to make up for the car they snaked me into buying. Trash business men, trash sales people, trash service department. NEVER buy a car from this place they will be sure to rip you off. More

THANK YOU! I did a lot of research and visited/called 5+ Toyota dealers. Based on that I knew the car and price I was looking for. I used Dealer Rater to find I did a lot of research and visited/called 5+ Toyota dealers. Based on that I knew the car and price I was looking for. I used Dealer Rater to find Hung Nguyen, who was SO nice to deal with. Gave me a drive out price over the phone using an appraisal I got from another Toyota dealer and CarMax. Even though other dealers told me to expect extra fees and sales tricks when I got there, none of that happened. Hung honored his price quote without hesitation, and I got a car with extra options I didn't even ask for at the same price. He exceeded my expectations! I don't think I've ever said that about a car dealership! Everyone I dealt with at Vandergriff was top notch. It was worth the 60 mile drive to do business with them! Kennedy handled our paperwork and delivery with efficiency and enthusiasm, and Alicia Alvaro in Finance was equally good! More
