Do Not go to the SERVICE CENTER This service center Sucks! I've had two services done and it got worse by the visit. I arrived at 12:50pm and left at 4:04pm, only but to rcv what was This service center Sucks! I've had two services done and it got worse by the visit. I arrived at 12:50pm and left at 4:04pm, only but to rcv what was suppose to be a simple Oil Change (7-01-14). The cashier lied to me after waiting two hours that they had just finished my van, and they hadn't even started. I had 4kids w/me, that had become irritable and hungry upon the wait. 2 hours later, my van was given back to me "after" I complained to CHRIS GONZALEZ about his staff. My engine and service lights were still ON, in my vehicle. Indicating that No Service was given. If I wasn't smart enough to check under the hood and pay attention to the engine lights, my van would be in bad shape. These guys never serviced my vehicle and was about to let me drive away my vehicle in that state. I HATE THAT CENTER AND WISH I COULD HOSE IT DOWN!!! New Management is needed now, NOT Later. Should have learned my lesson from the 1st visit! All those people were waiting and complaining. Sheesh!!!! More

Honda salesman, DeVon Applewhite approached me while I was waiting for service on my 2011 CRV. He offered me a deal on a 2015 CRV I couldn't refuse. I am so happy with my new car and so is my family. Devon was great. He cared for me throughout the process--even getting lunch for me since I'd been at the dealership since early morning. After the sale, actually a lease deal, he contacted me via phone to make sure I was enjoying my new car. Thanks, DeVon for making this experience a pleasant one. The finance officer, Michael Sessions was absolutely wonderful. He made that part of the lease process simple, yet informative. No one has ever explained the add-ons so clearly. Thanks, Michael. More

I have purcheaed a used Honda civic and since Vandergriff is the closest dealership to me I was planning on using them. But not now, they dont listen. More
Just bought my 2nd car from this dealership! I bought my first car from this dealership in June 2014. I was in a hurry because I had to give up my old car, so I needed something quickly. Since I settled, I wasn't at all satisfied so I wanted to get out of it and get into something I wanted more. I knew I would be upside down with negative equity, but I wanted to get rid of it before the mileage got too high. I told Marcus my situation, and let him know what I wanted. I went to the dealership the same day, picked out 4 cars, and from there we picked 1 that would work for me as far as where I wanted to be with the body style, carnote, and the interest rate. I looked, test drove and purchased the same day. The next day I came across tons of negative reviews about how some of the salesmen were doing spot deliveries (i.e. finalizing deals, and then making people return the cars because "financing fell through"). In a panic, I contacted Marcus about this and he assured me that everything was fine...and it was! About 40 days later I received my plates and registration sticker! I know other people have had negative experiences with certain salesmen, but I've bought 2 cars from this particular salesman and I know that he will work for his customers. So the next time you are interested in a Honda, go to Vandergriff and ask for Marcus! He will work hard to get you what you want! THANK YOU!!! More

Deception in just part of doing business at Vandergriff My Honda would not start so I had it towed to the nearest Honda dealer (Vandergriff). I had already replaced my battery and starter so I needed the e My Honda would not start so I had it towed to the nearest Honda dealer (Vandergriff). I had already replaced my battery and starter so I needed the expert Honda diagnosis. They determined that it must be the starter so I agreed to have them install another starter. They called to tell me that my Honda still did not start and they would continue to diagnose further. Eventually they determined that the battery wiring harness was to blame. Rather than put my original starter back in my Honda, they tried to convince me that I still needed the new starter because my original starter was not working now. How convenient for them! And lucrative! ($600) I don't think so. I asked the service advisor to have the mechanic test my starter before replacing it and he (Zach White) said that they didn't have the equipment to test starters. But now that they have replaced my starter, now somehow they can determine that my original starter is bad. I need legal advice if they don't make this right. More

I was also weary of salespeople who would take advantage of my inexperience. However I'm thrilled to report that my time at Vandergriff was amazing. Kiana, my saleswoman put me completely at ease the moment I walked in. She was incredibly informative and helpful, walking me through every step and patiently answering all my questions. If she was unsure of anything she was honest about it and then immediately found someone who could provide an answer. Everyone I encountered was helpful and made it more about me than the sale. Highly recommended! More
