Deceptive Business Practice - Shady Dealership I wish I could give this Honda dealership less than one star, This dealership uses deceptive practice. They tried to take advantage of my 75 yr old Mo I wish I could give this Honda dealership less than one star, This dealership uses deceptive practice. They tried to take advantage of my 75 yr old Mom. I went through Truecar and got a price quote. I called and made arrangements with the salesperson as to price, tradein etc before I drove over. I was assured if I made the drive, it would be a hassle free fair transaction for my MOm. I gave them strict instructions that no games were to be played and I wanted the BEST PRICE the first time. They came back $10K Over the agreed upon price. (They offered $3500 less on trade too than 3 other dealers.) They were holding us hostage because they wouldn't give us our keys back so we could leave. After making a big scene in the lobby; the sales manager came out with a price reduction of $9k. WTH??? We finally got our keys back and drove to the Burleson dealership, We negotiated the deal over the phone and in 15 minutes we were signing the papers. They did not charge $1 more than the agreed upon phone price. We bought a 2016 Honda CRV for $10,500 less than this deceptive hidden charge, shady dealership. They promise you that is not their practice to get you in the door. Once inside. BEWARE!! Do not give them your keys!!! More

Great Experience From Start To Finish! We were greeted by Pat Golden and could tell immediately that he wanted to be at our service, not just make a sale. It was a hot day and we asked him a lot of questions with answers that were not on the sticker price information on the cars. He went back into the office again and again to find the answers to all of our questions, questions that most people would probably consider unimportant. We NEVER felt that he was trying look out for his own interest or even the interest of the dealership above our (the customer's) interests. His personal and professional qualities were exemplary. We also want to say that Vishal Chand, the finance officer, was top notch. He explained some extras we could get if we wanted them but NEVER pressured us to get them. The car we chose was already beautiful where it sat on the lot, but after the purchase, they washed it and cleaned it inside and out, "spic n' span," and Pat showed us some more things about the interior/dashboard functions, and then we were on our way. We couldn't be happier and Vandergriff's has our business from now on! More

Verbal abuse and threat by the management Mr. Chon, I visited your dealership looking for Honda Civic and Mr. Sergio helped in providing the price quote and other terms and conditions. Since Mr. Chon, I visited your dealership looking for Honda Civic and Mr. Sergio helped in providing the price quote and other terms and conditions. Since the price was not agreeable, Sergio walked away furious and we stepped out the front door. Mr. Sachin Patel walked up behind us, without any introduction he interacted with my family and I, and we asked, "are you the manager?" he replied "yes" and asked where did we get the numbers from? While we were talking to him, quite a few times he did not allow us to talk, but said "let me talk" a few times he also said "I don't care" and used provocative language (F*** you), "now get out of this place". Being a public servant and watching his dealing I was silent and observant, humiliated before my two female family members and a minor. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I am looking forward to your feedback, otherwise I will have to go to all other options available to me, so that other customers do not have to face this same experience. #VandergriffHonda shame on you for having these type of sales representatives.
