We were visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday when our '08 Honda Accord began experiencing ignition problems, bad enough that I had serious dou We were visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday when our '08 Honda Accord began experiencing ignition problems, bad enough that I had serious doubts about whether we could make it back to West Texas after Thanksgiving. We scheduled an appointment with Mike on Friday, who upon describing the problem to him, almost immediately told us what he thought it was. He noted that if the problem was what it sounded like, it would be covered under a warranty extension issued by Honda. The only problem was that the extention had expired a month earlier on our car (eight years after purchase). After the technician diagnosed the problem, and confirmed it was whet Mike originally thought, not only did the service department get it reparied that day, but Mike was able to get the repair covered by the extended warranty.. The car is running like a top, and thanks to Mike, we are not out a penny. Outstanding service, and if I ever need service again in the Metroplex, Vandergriff and Mike will be my first call. More

Best car buying experience ever Samantha Kricker was my salesperson. She did everything a salesperson should do with no unnecessary pressure. She did an outstanding job. He was very helpful and never behaved in a condescending manner, as some general managers might do. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I called Salah 2 days ago and talked to him and told him I was looking for a different car. The one I had got was just not going to work for me. We set up a appointment yesterday 10-14-16. I told my husband and he said as long as I would not be upside down and can keep my payments the same go for it. When I walked in I saw Salah and he introduced me to Taysir. We sat down and I gave Taysir a long list of my wants and needs in this new car. I am very picky and he listen to everything I said. It was a long list. I really thought ok I might have to give up a few things. Taysir went above and beyond to find me the perfect car. He came back with a beautiful car that had everything on my list and more.. Then the part we all dread sitting down and figuring out how much. To my surprise Salah did a excellent job and made sure that my payments were the same and that I had all the same warranties that I usually get. We went to get my new car today and Taysir once again was absolutely with out a doubt so helpful. My husband is now looking for a new truck and he said that he will definitely go to Vandergriff to do his business. I have recommend them to many of my friends.
