2017 Ridgeline Sale I have been doing business with Vandergriff Honda in Arlington for quite a few years now and have purchased 4 vehicles from them. The last 2 vehicles I have been doing business with Vandergriff Honda in Arlington for quite a few years now and have purchased 4 vehicles from them. The last 2 vehicles were sold to me by Rafael Mora. He is a very good salesman and has been very helpful with all my needs. He has called several times already to check on me and my needs in the month that I have owned my new Ridgeline. I also have dealt many times with Salah Hoque and don't have enough good things to say about him. They have both been wonderful to me and every chance I get, I recommend Vandergriff to my friends and family. When I am ready for another vehicle, I will be back and hope these two men are there to greet me. Ima L. Streetman More

His attention to detail & rapport with the sublet body shop manager resulted in Once again Mike Symank proves to be the supreme service professional. His attention to detail & rapport with the sublet body shop manager resulted in identifying & correctly repairing pre-delivery hidden damage to the left rear door. The vehicle was damaged while in transit to the dealership. An obvious, but futile attempt had been made to correct the door damage that was suspected to be caused by some type of collision to the rear of the vehicle. Had I not mentioned to Mike the door being unusually harder to close compared to the other doors, I would still be driving a defective vehicle. Only because of his expertise initiative & persistence was the problem fixed. More

Like that was not it off I have to finance through the dealership and they offered me a 5.9% interest-rate !!!!! The last thing was the trade value that I had received was $3000 less than Carmax ( and I showed them the paperwork!!) I was told by the sales manager I can get a lower interest-rate if I take the low trade or high interest-rate with no trade basically they're telling me whispering you over choose how you want to be screwed . I took my car and left without recommend anybody to deal with these guys ! More
Highly motivated to get me in a great car! My 2007 Honda Fit was needing a couple of thousand dollars in repairs, and I decided it was time to trade it in. I'm a believer in buying a late model My 2007 Honda Fit was needing a couple of thousand dollars in repairs, and I decided it was time to trade it in. I'm a believer in buying a late model used car, but being a Honda man, I decided to go to a Honda place. Hau Le met me at the door, and it was clear from the beginning he was highly motivated in getting me in a car that I liked. Hau is an enthusiastic and cheerful fellow, and he listened seriously as I explained that I was wanting to trade in my car and make a payment of $200 or so per month. Hau took my parameters seriously and went searching for inventory that fit. He asked me if I'd be open to a Hyundai Sonata, and I said sure, and when he pulled it up and I got in, I knew this is what I wanted. He made me a deal that perhaps didn't knock my socks off, but did seem pretty darn fair considering the parameters I laid down. I ended up with a $300 monthly payment, still no extra down payment beyond trade-in. I'd like to have had a lower payment, but I don't hold that against them. In the end, I'd have to say it was pretty fair, and to expect less with no down payment probably would have not been realistic. The business manager was fast and efficient, and he didn't waste my time trying to sell me a bunch of sucker deal warranties. I was in and out with a new car in just over two hours. I think that's pretty hard to beat! Overall, I really thought Hau and the gang went out of their way to make this a good experience, and I see why Vandergriff has been around for so many decades now! I highly recommend you visit, and that you ask for Hau Le! More

After years of horror stories at other dealerships I was amazed to find a service dept. that actually outshines the Sales department in customer satisfaction. Mike Symank, a Service Advisor, is one of the people who always makes it an A++ experience. My most recent visit (yesterday) was during an exceptionally busy time and things were running way behind. Mr Symank kept a smile on his face while keeping me updated on the progress of my car, and reassuring me that they were working on it. With a representative like that the service department has a head start on customer satisfaction. When my car was returned to me I was very happy with the results. Everything was taken care of and done right. Obviously I am very happy with this service department and I often recommend this dealership to my friends based on my satisfaction with the service department. More
