We bought a Toyota from Vandergriff and used the Vandergriff Toyota service department in the past. We had so much trouble with that truck and the service department, so we agreed that we would never deal with Vandergriff again. However, my check engine light came on today in my Honda, so we decided to give Vandergriff Honda service department a try, hoping they were different. My experience (and SO MANY 1 star reviews seem to agree) would lead me to suggest that you never deal with any store that has the name Vandergriff. When we dropped the car off, we were told (I will say, the employees were very nice) that we would have to pay the diagnostic fee ($130 just to diagnose) IF we didn't get the car repaired there. If we did get the car repaired there, the diagnostic fee would be waived. After the diagnosis, of course, they found lots of things that needed repair. However, when I told them that I would be getting a portion of the repairs completed with them but not everything suggested, they proceeded to say that we would have to pay the diagnostic fee IN ADDITION to the repair because the repair we decided to do was not the repair associated with our initial description of why we were dropping the car off for service... even though this was one of the issues they found wrong with the car and a repair they said needed to be completed. Of course, this repair was under warranty and wouldn't make them the same amount of money, which is obviously why they weren't helpful. They said if we wanted just this repair completed that was under warranty, we would have to pay the diagnostic fee and then bring the car back in for a second help ticket to get that repaired. Obviously. Because driving the car out of the dealership and driving it back in for a second help ticket so that they can charge twice makes perfect sense. They are not here to help the customer and will rip you off. DO NOT USE VANDERGRIFF... any branch. More

I spent the day talking with multiple Honda dealership to hammer out the best deal we could get. I had a dealership agree to sell me a Honda Accord for 31250.92 OTD. I contacted Vandergriff Honda and they asked me what the best deal I had gotten and they would beat it. I proceeded to send them the email with the quote I had received from another Honda dealership. They called about 15 minutes later and said they couldn't beat it but that they would match it. We went the last 3 hours over there only to find out that they were doing the same typical car sales games. Salah Hogue is not a man that can be trusted (he's the one that called), his best number was 35498.25 OTD. Now please tell me why I would pay that when I can get the exact same car for 31250.92 OTD. I will never step foot back in that place and will gladly take my business and money to a Honda dealership that don't have their sale manager be a bold liar!!!! More

2016 Honda Pilot - Heated Seats Heated seats didn't seem to get as warm as we were used to from experience with our other Pilot and other vehicles. Mike was very courteous but slow t Heated seats didn't seem to get as warm as we were used to from experience with our other Pilot and other vehicles. Mike was very courteous but slow to agree, nevertheless he had the seats tested and determined the driver seat bottom element was out of range and needed replacement. After replacement (excellent job putting the seat back together), it became obvious the other three heating elements were not working as they should either. Mike has worked with his manager and is currently having the other three heating elements replaced while checking for other reasons for the temperature abnormalities. More
