Broken cars and rude salesmen. Was interested in a 2008 Chevy suburban so I called this dealership and make sure it was still available in that vehicle is in good shape. Got a call back stating vehicle was in great shape set appointment to test drive. Showed up to test drive vehicle vehicle wasn’t very poor shape and was making a squealing sound. Salesman was not knowledgeable and very rude. While discussing what was wrong with vehicle his cell phone rang he answered walked away while we were having a conversation did not even say excuse me. Took my concerns to a manager he told me he would take vehicle in to get serviced and still have not heard back from him this is been almost a week ago. The only reason they are getting one star is because I can’t leave zero stars on here. Dealership was unfriendly and felt like we were bothering everybody there. Do not waste your time here, salespeople lying. We found a used red Honda Accord online and called Vandergriff Honda to make sure the vehicle still available before we came out to visit this dealer We found a used red Honda Accord online and called Vandergriff Honda to make sure the vehicle still available before we came out to visit this dealer because we are far away. Ismeal said that vehicle is still available so we came visit him to buy this car. When we arrived, another salesman said Ismeal is his sales manager assigned him to help us, he took us to his booth then said the car we came out for was sold last night so we decided to leave but a saleswoman came in introduced herself as Candy and asked us to move over her booth while she went to locate the vehicle. My friend called Ismeal and he still lying that the car still available so we waited there. After long waited, Candy came out trying to show us a difference color car. When we left the dealership, Ismeal called my friend and said the red car still availble. LYING DEALERSHIP - DO NOT VISIT THIS VANDERGRIFF HONDA DEALER. We came to Toyota and bought a car there. More
