I wouldn’t recommended this dealership but in the event that you’re backed in a corner and you have no choice but to pay a $500 car note then go for it. 3 out of 5 stars just because the used car sales needs to get their xxxx together an act a little more professional. Grandent Tibbits was more personable then the rest. FYI: Do not ever come in to contact with AJ Singleton, & ESPECIALLY NOT DWAYNE. Save yourself the trouble. More

Used car prices higher than advertised I was ready to buy a 2015 Civic at or near the advertised price, but when they showed me the actual numbers, they included $1790 in "options" includin I was ready to buy a 2015 Civic at or near the advertised price, but when they showed me the actual numbers, they included $1790 in "options" including servicing. THE WORSTE EXPERIANCE EVER, DISGUSTED By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer. This dealership has no regard to customer service and does not know how to treat a guest/customer. After I dealt the deal and signed the paper work in finance I was given a loaner from the dealer to drive until my purchase vehicle is ready for pickup as they have agreed to repair the A/C in it since it wasn’t blowing cold air. I then get a call from my sales man saying I neee to come back in and return the loaner and take my trade back. I arrive at the dealer after work to find out that the sales director Kyler Oakes was not in agreement with the deal me and the pre owned sales manager Sam made the day before. I am in the sales room and i can hear the sales director Kyler yelling and shouting at my sales man saying “tell him to get the “F” out of here, his car is not worth ****. I was in utter shock and couldn’t believe what I heard. The manager I dealt with on this wasn’t there that night so I took my car back home and called Sam the next day as my sales rep advised me to do. Sam stated he wasn’t there the night before and didn’t know that his director Kyler had done what he had done and assured me our deal is still valid and that he is working on getting my purchase paper work sent over to my lender USAA. I then go back in that night and drop my car off again and take the purchase car 08 Infiniti M35. I then get a call the next day from Sam the sales manager saying that he can’t do the trade at the agreed upon number and that he has to take off 1k to make the deal happen. Keep in mind he appreantky faxed in the purchase docs. to my lender USAA the day before. So I ask him why is that and why didn’t he tell me that before he agreed to the number we made a couple of days prior and he states he seen damage that he didn’t initially know about. He himself told me that night I came in to sign the docs. That he inspected the car and agrees to the price we dealt. He then says I wasn’t there that night and didn’t see the damage. Really? That’s why you signed the document with the price we agreed on before I went into finance? He just lied to me and Stated he doesn’t care and that that’s what he can do take it or leave it basically. I was already applied and approved with my lender USAA at that point and it was a matter of getting the docs. Over to them for funding so I just wanted to get this nightmare over. To make things even worse, I get lied to by the finance manager Main Hoque who said he faxed over the docs. to USAA multiple times and somehow they never got them. He kept saying the same thing over and over every day when I called him to ask why USAA hasn’t received them for about 10 days to 2 weeks. He finally emailed them over to USAA funding team after I had USAA call him and provide him with that email since the fax he claims he sent in over and over was never actually sent in to USAA and was a lie the whole time. He finally had no other option to but email the docs. to USAA which the deal then got funded a day later as USAA had promised. And to make things even worse, Main held my finance docs. I signed until the USAA funded the deal. What a joke, really? Your really worried about USAA funding the deal? Vandergriff Honda is on USAA’s car buying list of dealers and yet he says that. Both me and USAA were in shock and couldn’t understand what was happening. My message to the director Kyler Oakes, Sam the Sales manager, & main Hoque the finance manager. You guys are ridiculous, unprofessional, liers, and disrespectful people. People with your positions should hold true to their words and should be much more professional and respectful than that to their customers. Esp a customer who has bought over 8 cars from Vandergriff Honda over the years. Let’s just say this will be the last time I ever do. One message to Kyler Oaks, you should not be a director of a dealer that big as you are clearly a person who has no values and a person of no manners whatsoever. What a shame and a joke. I’m going to be posting this review everywhere for people to know my experience. The only person that was helpful is my salesman Angelo who did his best to make the deal happen. Thanks Angelo! More

Great customer service I worked with Granden (GT) in sales to get my new car because I heard he's the best. It's true! I would recommend asking for him if you are looking for a new or used car. He genuinely cares about making people happy and not just making money like some car salesman. More
