Even tho we showed up when he was working with another couple, he made us feel so welcome. He let us get some ideas of what to purchase, then when we were ready he LISTENED to what we had in mind for our budget and car needs. He never once was pushy or overbearing. Actually we did most of the talking and he answered all questions and addressed any concerns. After that the process was so fast....application, car payment discussion, negotiate, and done! I actually was surprised it went so smooth. Now Im in a vehicle that I love. Thanks Marcus More

Scam!! I just wanted to tell you that you lost my business, the business of my friends and family, and I will make sure that I spread the word of your dealer I just wanted to tell you that you lost my business, the business of my friends and family, and I will make sure that I spread the word of your dealerships poor business practices with my 4876 friends on Facebook, my neighborhood (next door app) and every community member I can reach out to (I’m a commissioner for the city of Grand Prairie). I have contacted Honda, and filed a formal complaint about your bait and switch tactics, your overcharging, your false advertising, and your abuse. They are investigating, and will be sending a field agent to question your business practices. I will be reaching out to the owners of Vandergriff as well. Btw, the minute I left your dealership I went to Huggins and got the exact identical car, with more features, 10k less miles, and got it for the price that was listed- unlike you guys, who post a lower price than what you actually sell the car for. Honda frowns upon charging customers Re-conditioning fees and fees to repair scratches that should have been covered in the certification. More
