Satisfied, Excited, Happy, Joyful and Friendly I went to the Honda dealership to buy a new car and I wasn't expecting all the things to go smoothly because I went to the Clay Cooley dealership firs I went to the Honda dealership to buy a new car and I wasn't expecting all the things to go smoothly because I went to the Clay Cooley dealership first to buy a used car but things wasn't going smoothly. The employee who help me was really only trying to charge me high interest like he is trying to trick and take advantage of customer. But when I went to Vandergiff Honda, I feel welcomed by their employee, staff and sale manager. I was only planning to buy used car but the sale manager and Scott Hepworth were taking time explaining me about the differences between used and new car. After what I heard from them, I start having confident to try for the new car instead of used. Yep Scott show me the car, I test drive it and fell in love with it so I decide to buy the new car. Here comes most important part of buying a car is deciding for the price. I thought we would have to argue like last dealership that I went to but to my surprise Scott Hepworth show me the dealer interest rate paper and carefully explain to me about how much the price will be depending on how much I down for the car. Also carefully solving or doing math on a paper to show me approximate interest and all that. He want to make sure I know what's going on by showing everything on a paper not just by talking. I start to have confident and start trusting this dealership. We were not argue for once plus he brings exactly the price that we were agree on. So yep I bought the beautiful car, thank you to Vandergiff Dealersip and more importantly thanksful and appreciate to Scott Hepworth who's taking care of me on that day by staying late. I am really appreciate for what you have done for me Scott Hepworth and Vandergiff Honda. A good customer service shows the quality of the dealership who gain believe of the customer. So thank you plus special thanks to Scott Hepworth who's been taking care of me till today by sending email and calling me regarding to my car. Thanks More

However the highlight of the appointment was Thomas. So kind, courteous & easy to work with. We truly felt he was on our side and just wanted to get us the best deal possible. No gimmicks, hassle free & one of the best salesmen I have ever done business with. Mr. Cox in finance was wonderful as well. A+ experience from top to bottom. Battery and driver side headlight check I visited the service department to have my battery tested and driver side L.E.D. headlight replaced. Kyle Scholl assisted me and we determined that t I visited the service department to have my battery tested and driver side L.E.D. headlight replaced.
