In writing reviews though, I believe we should be fair and impartial; therefore I start of by saying that I had a great experience at Vandergriff Honda of Arlington New Cars Dealership last year, and my good experience brought me back to the Used Cars Dealership at vandergriff Honda of Arlington. Unfortunately, this time I was totally disappointed. Nothing in this world worth more than our time, time is never compensable. I found a vehicle on their online inventory, I left them a inquiry request. They got in contact with me and I spoke to their sale manager ( Ash Khalid) then he patched me to some other sales person ( Michael Robins), we made a stipulations over the phone and through the text messages to buy the vehicle for 12k. I was well aware of their little game that they go back to their finance desk and come back with ridiculous prices, to prevent that and save myself time, I stipulated that the car to be sold 12k out the door. They said we agree to the price and come on over. I drove for 45 minutes to get there and they printed out a paper stating that I need to pay 18k. And he said actually we looked at the numbers again and we are loosing money. I have all the text message but how shameless not to call me and say sorry, we made a mistake so don't drive all the way to the dealership. I also saw another lady with her daughter there crying and complaining that they bought a vehicle and the vehicle broke after a few days. People please respect your time and hard earning money. I hope this will help online smart folks. More
