The reason you buy from a dealership is that they at minimum try to make sure that you have a functioning vehicle. Justin, the Service Director made sure that was the case. We bought a clean Honda CRV from the used car department and was really pleased with the presentation of the vehicle. After buying the car, we noticed that there was an issue the vehicle. We reached out and spoke to a few people with no luck of getting it addressed. However, Justin at the Service department, like an angel, decided to come to our rescue. He showed a level of customer service that is rare to find during this day and age. We were not only shocked but motivated to leave a positive review. Vandergriff Honda have made our days. We will definitely recommend our friends and co-workers to this particular dealership due to Justins level of customer service, attention to detail and genuine concern for our money spent.
