Inequality Ladies, if you are looking to be treated as a co-equal to your husband, boyfriend or partner then Charles is not the salesperson for you. He did not talk to me, he continued to only speak to my husband even though we made it clear that it would be my car and my choice. When we spoke to the GM about this, the excuse was “he is old-fashioned”. His supervisor and the finance guy lied to us that we HAD to get a warranty per the lender even though we explicitly stated we did not want one. They charged us $4000 for something we did not want. It wasn’t until the lender called to confirm that I found out they lied to me! Needless to say we returned the vehicle. After all if you lied about that what else are you lying about? More
