For my anniversary I traded the 2016 in for a brand new 2019 accord sport. Mr. Charles was helpful with the purchase before and kept his promise to make sure I still loved my car after I drove off the lot. There was never a question as to who will always be my sales guy. He is fair and honest. I went in looking for a certified Honda which he had. My husband decided he want a brand new one and Mr. Charles made it happen. He is a sale guy but wants you to do what’s best for you. He just guides you in the right direction. He is there every step of the way from picking out the car to financing. I hope to have my new car for awhile but when the time comes to trade in, I’ll be calling Mr. Charles again. More
