Let me just tell you that when I walked into Vandergriff Honda I really wasn’t planning on leaving with a car THAT day. I was just shopping around because although I needed a new car, I wasn’t in any hurry Honda I really wasn’t planning on leaving with a car THAT day. But Mr. Charles Bright didn’t waste any time, he asked what I was looking for, I gave him the specifics, he did some research, stepped away for a minute, and came back with the vehicle that had all of the features I wanted and more. He exceeded my expectations (in the car sales process) by far. He was professional yet personable, patient and courteous. I didn’t feel pressured and I drove away with a smile! But wait, there’s more! The finance department got me a lower interest rate than was given to me on the pre approval letter that I had from my bank. #winning More
