My husband and I had a very pleasant car buying experience with Vandergriff Honda. The team was very professional and able to answer any questions we had in regard to the Accord Crosstour. We were offered beverages and then dined at the cafe while our paperwork was prepared. We were told about additional options without feeling pressured into purchasing. We were guided through the interior features which included the blue tooth handsfree connection and memory seating. We absolutely love the Crosstour. It drives very smoothly and has a feeling of luxury comparable to Acura's we have owned in the past without the cost. Our family and friends have been so impressed with our new car and we have raved about the team at Vandergriff. Jason saw I was driving a Honda and asked about my driving experience with this product. I love my Honda, but I wanted a new vehicle and I wanted to look at the CRV. The whole demo from driving the vehicle and full explanations of products offered was the best. There was no hard sell for unnecessary accessories. He clearly wanted to help me purchase a Honda with everything I wanted in order to make this a great driving experience. During the sale process, I never felt pressured to hurry up and sign. I was never pressured to finance or make any financial decisions that were not my preference. When the car was delivered to me, Frank Garza, the Service Manager introduced himself, went over the car with me and arranged for my Bluetooth phone connection. Before I left the dealership, every department that I may need future assistance from was introduced to me, I met people that I knew would be there to take care of anything that I might need further information or service on my new Honda.
