I don't know why, but my earlier review was erased mysteriously. But as I said before, my wife and I were totally unhappy with this dealership. What made matters worse was that we could here them screaming obscenities at eachother in the next room! Totally inappropriate. We just left. This is not a place for families ! Stay Away ! More

I have been contacting several dealerships asking about a CR-V and the automatically added accessories. Every other car dealer was very open with me about the price of the car and if that price included the CR-V and the automatically added accessories. When I contacted Vandergriff, Cameron Green avoided giving me any information. He gave me one random price (i have no idea what all it covered). I asked him 3 times what accessories were on the car and if it was included in the price. He avoided it everytime, only focusing on getting me in the door (THIS IS AN INTERNET DEPARTMENT--MOST OF YOUR INTERACTION IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE INTERNET!); and finally, the last response I received from him on the matter was "I cannot sell you a car online!" Let's review, the only information I asked of him was if the price included accessories, what accessories were they, and if they could match the financing offer of another dealership. I never asked him to sell me a car online; I only asked for a bit of information before I walked in. I'm not sure about the rest of the Vandergriff team, but Cameron Green has encouraged me to take my business to either Frank Kent or Huggins Honda. More

I am not a big fan of the whole car buying process. However I needed a vehicle and went to Vandergriff Honda to see if they would help me. without all the sales tactics. I was helped by a young man Joshua Ladd who was the gentlemen I needed to make the best decision. Joshua was very helpfull, didnt push, and listned to my needs. If it wasnt for him i would of keept looking. Every thing I needed to make the right choice he provided.I don't buy without knowing all my research, and take my time. Joshua was very patient with me, which made me know I was in good hands. Joshua showed me everything I needed. So I made my mind up the next day that I would be buying a car from him, so I set an appointment. I came in for my appt and was told Joshua was with another customer, so I had another sales person, Sola finish up my purchase. I almost did not buy the Pilot, reason being I did not feal comfortable with the new sales person, but he assured me Joshua was getting credit for the deal because he deserved it. I have been in contact with Joshua since the purchase making sure he would be having several friends of mine being sent to him. If you want a great person who is honest, nice, and not the average sales person see Joshua Ladd at Vandergriff Honda. Have not had a better experience buying a vehicle until now. The service departmet is very good, and have a very nice staff as well. I rate Joshua a 10+++. You won't be dissapointed! More

I came into the dealership with pre-approved financing through American Honda. The dealership didn't exceed my approval price. They didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. They stayed within the parameters given to them. Very happy with my car. I would recommend anyone in the Dallas/Fortworth area to purchase their Honda from Vandergriff. More

Decided to buy a vehicle from Vandergriff Honda because Ive dealt with them in the past. They provided me with excellent service from the beginning and did everything they said they were going to do. Chris was very patient in handling all my paperwork once we agreed on the numbers because after I came home to Wichita Falls, a few days later they told me they needed me to sign some other papers and etc., but I told them it was quite a drive for me to come all the way there but Chris told me not to worry about it and was really patient. There was no hassle or anything. I never felt pressured to buy a car. Just real friendly people. Gave me a great price on the vehicle i bought (07 acura TL). I dont think I wouldve gotten a better deal elsewhere. Would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future. I actually live in Wichita Falls but decided to goto Vandergriff Honda in Arlington rather than buy at the local Honda dealership here. If I ever buy a car again, I'll definitely goto Vandergriff first. More

I actually bought two cars from Vandergriff Honda in the past 6 months. I first bought an 07 Accord back in November that I got a really good deal on. At first I didnt think it would be possible for me to trade in a car so quickly, however I got approved after dealing with Chris. I got a really good deal on my car. They even took care of everything they said they would. The car that I purchased had not been certified so I brought it back to the dealership and they took care of it. They even put new tires on the vehicle even though I didnt think it needed. I had a great experience dealing with them. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. More
