we are long time customers with vandergriff honda we traded a 2008 fit for a 2010 insight. Jessica was very nice and a good salesperson. George was outstanding. I am very happy with my service experiences at this dealership. They always give me an accurate quote in efficient time. I know some people do not like going to a dealership for their service needs bec dealership. They always give me an accurate quote in efficient time. I know some people do not like going to a dealership for their service needs because they think the prices are too high. Well - try going to "Joe Scmoe" on a "good" deal on your brakes and they never stop squeeling, they are worn in half the wear you receive from the certified dealership - it ended up costing me twice as much than if I would have just gone to Vandergriff in the first place. They repaired all of the damage that was done by the "other" service co with their shabby job and had my car back running like I love in 1 day. They also worked with me and gave me a great deal!!! I always go back to Vandergriff and ask specifically for Eddie Buentello because he knows my car and always has a great attitude and the most important of ALL; he has my TRUST.I know he would never try to sell me anything that I don't really need. If he suggests service to be done, it is ultimately for my benefit and it will end up saving me in the long run!!! Not to mention the safety benefit that it provides, especially when you are driving out of town - I never have to worry about my Honda or my service experiences!! More
