Eventhough I visited the dealership three times, I was asked to fill out a credit application form for the second time. Also, their original monthly payment price was more than $100 more than I ask. Kevin and Jimmy were very patient and helpful and I could not have asked for a better experience. They asked me what I was looking for and we looked at a variety of vehicles. I was origanlly there for service on my 2003 Honda Accord,and was waiting when Ms. Washington approached me and asked how I was doing and what I was there for. I like the fact that while its a big car it does not have the big car feel, drives great and handles well. I was even more amazed when they were able to finance me and get me the % & payments I wanted when no others were willing to help. Needless to say we ended up walking away that Saturday with 2 brand new cars. I came to the dealership to get my blown out tire replaced, and it turned out that my car had been knocked out of alignment and my inspection sticker needed to be renewed. So I sought out a salesman to see if I could get my car loan interest rate lowered, so to lower my payments. I ran into the same salesman that had sold me my present HOnda Fit '09, and he ended up making me a deal I couldn't refuse. A bran new Honda Civic 10, better gas mileage, warranties bran new, same packages I previously had with the Fit, (tires, oil changes, etc) plus an automatic rear view mirror with compass, a sunroof, for the same payments as before, plus 1 dollar. I didn't get my payments lowered, but I did come away with a NEW CAR! Felt like I made a good deal, definitely due to the good work of Ariel and Chelsea and the Vandergriff Honda's good guy attitude. We walked into the dealership and were greeted by Ariel. I told him I had found a car on line that I wanted, it was a new 2011 Honda accord coupe. He found the car at the back of the lot. Miles did all the paper work himself and was very quick and efficient. buying a car is never easy with all the back and forth but in the end we got exactly the car we went to get at a great price.
