The finance process was very fast. friendly and painless which I appreciated. Myles is a "keeper". The negotiation process is "old school" in that it takes too long (in my opinion) to get an offer/counteroffer processed. We ended up about $300 apart which could have been achieved in minutes instead of hours. If another competitor had been a little closer, I would have walked. If I were the manager/s, I would look at the process. The setup process was more than I expected so I that was good. The follow on programs provided by Honda/Vandergriff are truly impressive. More

OMG!!! This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had at a Dealership! I can't say enough about my Salesman, Hung Nguyen (you da man Hung) even talked to me when I called and he was at a doctor's ap had at a Dealership! George Jacobs(one of a kind)said not to worry about anything, very honest man and trustworthy!!! Brandon Guzman, Finance Manager, made me feel like I was in good hands (like Allsate). It was such a calming experience. Everyone made me feel so very special! My sister has brought 3 Honda's from Vandergriff from these same guys I mentioned above and I saw how utterly happy she has been with each one of her cars, they have stood by her side from day one, she is so happy!!!
