From the time I walked into the dealership to the time I walked out I had a wonderful experience. No one likes to shop for a new car but I really enjoyed Vandergriff Honda. Asheed Graves was our sales rep and he was never pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I test drove. It was a hard decision but I decided on the Crosstour. I was extremely happy with the amount they gave me for my trade in. Then i met Salah Hoque in the financing dept. He was also very enjoyable to deal with. The most important thing to him and everyone else I met that I was happy. He worked with me until I received the financing rate I wanted, the monthly payment I was extremely happy with and the price I wanted to pay for the warranty. Thank you very much for making what should have been a painful experience a wonderful memory. The customers happiness was the most important thing to everyone I dealt with instead of the bottom line. I would just like to give high and strong praises to Venny Diaz (Service Advisor) and Benson Chanthirath (Service Manager) for the outstanding quality of customer service they provided. I'm going to try to keep this succinct, but that may not be possible because I am currently filled with good vibes even after a couple of days have passed since my visit. Upon my visit, I was greeted immediately by a friendly face of someone who was genuinely looking to help. Although it seemed notably busy at the time, Venny informed me that they would be able to take my car in for service. Before I took a seat, he handed me a free drink chip which I was able to exchange for a free bottled drink at their very own Perks Cafe. The selection was vast, but I decided to go with a bottled water. Shortly after, he informed me that my car would have to stay overnight, but without complication, they were able to provide me with a courtesy shuttle ride to continue my daily endeavors, as I had to go into work a couple of hours later. As I was waiting for the courtesy shuttle to come back, Benson stepped out of what seemed to be his office and greeted me, wanting to ensure that my experience was everything I had expected. I informed him that the quality of customer service has been like none other and far beyond anything I could have expected by this point. Throughout the time that it took for my car to be serviced, Venny kept in constant touch with me throughout the day and next to advise me that the part had to be ordered and would arrive next day, and that my car should be ready to go later on that same day. I came back with only a general understanding of the issue, but Venny had my car brought up and sat with me to make sure I obtained full comfort and understanding of the service that was completed before leading me over to the cashier's office to pay. Afterwards, he walked me back out to my car, and I made sure that I had grabbed his business card on the way out to inquire future visits with him. The only thing that could have made my experience any better is if they had a red carpet rolled out with trumpet players lined up and ready to play a royal theme song as I strolled out to my car. And maybe a couple of midgets doing cartwheels. These guys were absolutely phenomenal. More

Jay was the best at showing what all the CRV had to offer and was super relaxed - there was no pressure at all. I absolutely hate buying a new car and dealing with "dealership" people. That is what we got 2 years ago at Vandergriff Honda when we bought our 2010 CRV. Well, my wife and I decided to try them again "dealership" people. That is what we got 2 years ago at Vandergriff Honda when we bought our 2010 CRV. Well, my wife and I decided to try them again with this purchase and see if things had changed. If they hadn't changed we both agreed we would walk out very quickly in the process. WOW, I just got home with a brand new 2012 Civic and boy has Vandergriff made some changes!! Everyone was very helpful and it didn't take all day and into the night like most dealers. Asheed Graves did a fantastic job showing us the vehicle and working with us on the price. Hung Nguyen in finance got us in and out quickly. The car was clean, full of gas and ready to drive away in a matter of minutes. Great job guys!!!!! This is the way it should be done!!!! More
