Our previous experience with the sales department was very positive. This follow-up experience with the service department was also excellent. I was advised that it would be a long appointment and though the waiting area is very comfortable and inviting, I did opt to use the shuttle service. Every time I have taken mine or my spouse's car in to be serviced we are created by Chris with our name (pronounced correctly). He takes his time to give us an accurate estimate on time and cost of the service. And his estimates have almost always been on, or lower, than the one we got when we drove in. This place was fantastic! I have been to a variety of dealerships for service calls on our vehicles and Vandergriff Honda far outweighs them all. Their waiting area for guest services is comparable to any stylish cafe or coffee hangout spot. The facilities were great, the service was great and their speed of getting you in and out was great. The only thing I would have them change is to make the temperature about 5-10 degrees cooler in the waiting area, of course others may say they would prefer it to be 5-10 degrees warmer, eh . . . So it goes for personal preferences. 5 stars for Vandergriff Honda! More

My wife set up an appointment with Mike for today to fix a Recall issue on our daughter's Honda Civic. MIke was very friendly, helpful, and explained just what the Recall pertained to.
