Mike quoted me a price for my services and stuck with that price. Being a woman, you hate to deal with maintenance issues because you feel that when they see you their is a "sucker" sign on your forehead that price. Howard was a wonderful service adviser. He was constantly in touch with updates on the status of the repair on my vehicle. Several times he asked if he could be of some help.
