Mike quoted me a price for my services and stuck with that price. Being a woman, you hate to deal with maintenance issues because you feel that when they see you their is a "sucker" sign on your forehead that price. I usually feel like slime when I leave a dealership service area always wondering if what they suggested was what I really needed or were they tyring to pad the bill but I felt at peace with Mike and the quote he gave and the final price with a discount. Howard was a wonderful service adviser. He was constantly in touch with updates on the status of the repair on my vehicle. Several times he asked if he could be of some help. Never forgets to offer me a toke in touch with updates on the status of the repair on my vehicle. Several times he asked if he could be of some help. Never forgets to offer me a token for a drink whiles at the service center. Several times he went to shop personally to check on repairs being carried out. He was so friendly and always had a smile. He did not hesitate to get me a courtesy vehicle when I needed one. The service was fully covered by warranty so cannot comment on price. More

Howard is was great, I initially went in for a regular oil change and they thought I might have an oil leak. I just had the oil plan replaced a few months ago, so Howard did a recheck for me and everythin oil change and they thought I might have an oil leak.
