Lonnie was friendly, had smile on his face & was true to his word re: timeframe. He knew I was rushed & helped speed the process. Although, I had somewhat done something with the cracked passenger side sun visor by putting in screws. I thought they were going to replace both sun visors. Mr. Lowe briefly went over the service and the inspection points. Overall Experience I gave it a 4 here as combining everything together. Price is irrelevant as it was a recall product. I pulled up in my civic for a sun visor recall. He acknowledged me, but was busy on both the phone and computer. He told me that he will help me. I gave Mr. Breck Lowe my car keys and pointed my car out. He then introduced himself and mentioned the blue coin to get free drink. I waited about two hours to get my civic sun visor recall done. As I was waiting, I noticed Mr. Lower walking in back and forth several times to helping other customers. He appeared professional to each customer. I would also like to recommend Mr. Lowe for the possibility of a management position. Based on my experience today, it is clear that Mr. Lowe has what it takes to be promoted, if not a management. WHEN I TOLD HIM I NEEDED REGULAR MAINTENANCE HE WASTED NO TIME GETTING MY INFORMATION. A QUICK GLANCE AT MY DASH INDICATORS AND HE INFORMED ME OF MY BASIC NEED, BUT ALSO EXPLAINED HOW OTHER THINGS WOULD BE CHECKED AS WELL. IN JUST MINUTES HE HAD ME LINED UP AND READY TO GET STARTED. AFTER THE CAR MAITENANCE WAS FINISHED HE TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER MY NEEDS ON MY NEXT VISIT. WHAT GREAT SERVICE. VERY PLEASED. More
