In my experience as a Honda owner, I have never been treated as friendly as I was recently. I usually get my CRV serviced in Austin and every place I've been to has always felt rushed and rude and like treated as friendly as I was recently. Well I recently moved to the Arlington area, and when I went in and met Diana Marenco, she was just lovely! She was very friendly, the service was great, and my CRV was out in no time. My car had some problems and I knew it! Air conditioner, oil leak, tires that were losing air - it was time for a trip to Vandergriff. Mike Symank was able to get my car assessed earlier than anticipated, got it fixed promptly, and kept me posted all through the process with descriptive, detailed emails and/or phone calls. I greatly appreciated being kept in the loop so there were no surprises at the end. I had quite a bit of work done on my car, and it had to stay at the dealership for several days. Charlie Evans and Patrick Jordan went the extra mile to get me a loaner car so I would not be without transportation during that time. It is a huge blessing to be able to work with a dealership that goes to such lengths to take care of their customers. Little things matter - like complimentary beverages on a hot day, a free car wash/vacuum - when it comes right down to it. The work I've had done at Vandergriff has always, always, always been excellent. I trust Vandergriff to take care of our vehicles - and that's why we'll keep coming back to Vandergriff when it's time for the next vehicle purchase! More
Mike was very helpful in assisting me prioritizing the repairs, as I could not afford to do everything that was recommended, including the items I came with the intention of having done. As for pricing, the dealership where I bought the car from is twice as far for me to drive, but their price for the 90,000 service was just over one half of what Vandergriff ended up charging me. I think I will be somewhat more hesitant to go back to Vandegriff if that price variance continues. However, I have no complaints regarding the quality of work that was performed. More
