I would like to give positive praises for the customer service I received from Howard Russell. I came in yesterday through the bay and was greeted me with a smile. He politely asked if it would be ok to service I received from Howard Russell. I came in yesterday through the bay and was greeted me with a smile. He politely asked if it would be ok to schedule an appt. for the safety recall work that needed to be done. I obliged bc that way the dealership is working with me and my schedule--it alleviates my nerves bc I'm better able to prepare for my 2.5 hours wait. Before I left, he offered me something to drink. I was shocked bc normally in past dealerships I've dealt, in order to receive a drink, some kind of trade-off needs to occur, such as a wait. Or, like in most cases, I will go thirsty! Upon my return today, I was again greeted by a smiling Howard who made sure that I was taken care of before he took my car. I wanted him to know that I wanted to fill out a customer service evaluation even before my service was completed. I had never been treatd as professionally as I had been with much kindness. Anyway, he also ensured that I received my drink and that I found what I was looking for during my 2.5 wait to get some of my own work done. I am still glad that I purchased my Honda CRV June 1, 2012 and look forward to the easy time it will be while getting my first oil change. Nichole G. More

I have a 2002 Honda and received a recall for the air bags. Being concerned I took my car to the dealer that I had bought the car from, Vandergriff Honda. I had not returned to this dealership in a coupl bags. Being concerned I took my car to the dealer that I had bought the car from, Vandergriff Honda. I had not returned to this dealership in a couple of years because of a bad experience with the service department.I explained this to Mike and with his attention to my needs and friendly experience this morning, my mind was changed to a good visit. I believe Mike explained in detail what my car needed and I was able to understand and not pushed or rushed to any decision. I can truly say that my attitude toward the dealership has changed to a good experience. More dealerships need service advisors like Mike. More
