I took my car in for service yesterday, and as ALWAYS, I had an excellent experience! Benson and Frank were extremely helpful and friendly to me, and genuinely cared about what was wrong with my car! They had their service department look at it, and had it fixed for me in less than 30 minutes, and even got it cleaned up and washed for me. Every time I visit their service department, I am so pleased with how friendly the staff is, including the management. You can tell that they really care about their customers! Vandergriff Honda is the ONLY place I will take my car to be serviced! More

Stopped in because I couldn't figure out how to get my navigation working after replacing my car battery. The service helpers tried to reset it and couldn't do it. Stopped in for my detailing and oil change (which is more like a moment of sanity with the great cafe and friendly people) when I happened to notice the new Accord had hit the lot. After getting back I went to check on my Civic and there she sat gleaming and in the reception garage out of the hot sun. Mike and Chris were working as a great team getting the customers in and out and looking like they truly enjoy their jobs. I've been to other dealers in the area and none of them provide the warm, welcoming atmosphere that Vandergriff does. The people are personable and the only pressure there is from the air lines in the service bay. If you're in the area stop by and see what keeps me coming back to them. More

I had an wonderful experience. Mike Symank was great to work with. He listened to my concerns and developed a pretty good idea of what might have been wrong with the car. When the report came back he was pretty close to dead on. We discussed options and the things that needed to be done right away and those that could wait. He was very honest and forthright with me. Tracy was so helpful in getting my oil changed and a few new car issues dealt with! When I arrived he immediately got the paperwork ready so that the car could be taken to the service dept.
