I went in for an oil change and they attended me right away. Lonnie was friendly and professional. I went on a wednesday so the wait would not be so long. I stil had to wait about an hour. I love that they vacuum and wash your car after your service is done. I think they bumped up the oil change price because I use to pay 39 dollars and this time it was 51! I would still recommend to go to the dealer for your services because you leave there feeling safe and not cheated. Yes you pay a little more but its better to be safe than sorry. More

I took my Accord in due to a service light problem and several other small issues. It was a Monday morning and I had not made an appointment but was welcomed by Tracy Shipman. He immediately addressed and repaired one problem and within 15 minutes of leaving he phoned me with other information. Amazingly, my car was ready to be picked up before noon that day! I have been taking my car exclusively to Vandergriff for any and all service issues, including oil changes, since I purchased the vehicle there. I received a recall letter for the door latches on my 2012 Honda CRV. I called Frank Garza, the service manager at Vandergriff Honda in Arlington Texas. Frank immediately verified that my Honda was in need of this repair and he promptly scheduled an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. On the day of my appointment, Howard Russell met me at the service center. He was waiting for me, escorted me into the dealership lounge and made sure I had a beverage and a comfortable place to wait for my service to be completed. In the mean time, Jessica Ruggero, my sales rep met me and together we went into the showroom and looked at the new Honda Accord! Wow, what a beautiful new vehicle! I sat in the car and saw all kinds of new features and was happy she thought of my husband and me when this new vehicle came in. Howard checked on me to advise me that my recall service was nearly finished and a final call advised me that repair was completed and my car had been given a complimentary wash! This is the fifth Honda we've purchased from Vandergriff Honda. It's the service and the way all the employees are part of a family that makes this dealership stand out from the rest. I called and spoke to Mike Symank in regards to an issue I was experiencing with my tire pressure monitor. He invited me to come in and have my tires checked as a courtesy just to be on the safe side. No le I was experiencing with my tire pressure monitor. It feels good knowing people still care about the well being of others in today's busy world. I also got a chance to see the brand new 2013 Honda Accord and speak to Patrick Jordan about it's features while I was waiting. I recommend Vandergriff Honda to all my friends and family.
