It was time for my first scheduled oil change and I was a little reluctant driving from Frisco to Arlington to receive it because there is another Honda dealership 5 minutes away from me. However Mike Symank made my decision a very easy YES from the moment he answered the phone. I actually had two issues and I knew one of them was not even in his department. Mike took ownership of both issue without transferring me to another department. The next thing I know, I was receiveing an email confirmation about my upcoming visit. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted promptly and by the time I finished my breakfast taco and complimentary drink, I was pretty much set to go, and did I mention this was on a Saturday?? You can't buy this type of service!! So from here on out I will be making that long drive from Frisco to Arlington because I am confident in knowing that I will be taking care of. I was there for a Zaktek treatment on my 2011 Accord and to get some minor touch up on a left rear door scratch and front bumper scratch. Mike Symank handeled the entire encounter with efficiency and a pro to get some minor touch up on a left rear door scratch and front bumper scratch.
