My service appointment was excellent. I called Tracy Shipman the day before I wanted to bring my vehicle (99 Honda Accord) in and Tracy offered my different options for me to drop my vehicle off at my c Shipman the day before I wanted to bring my vehicle (99 Honda Accord) in and Tracy offered my different options for me to drop my vehicle off at my convenience. Tracy told me that night drop-off was available after hours and all I needed to do leave my vehicle at the garage doors, complete the envelope with service needs, place the key in envelope, and place in the night drop box. The next day of my service, Tracy was very professional and informed me on the vehicle inspection results, made recommendations on what my vehicle needed, and also provided future service recommendations. He was very sincere, courteous, and professional in his approach, which is something that you rarely find in most customer service fields these days, let alone an automobile dealership. The whole team at Vandergriff Honda treats their customers as family. When I am ready to trade my Honda in, there is no question where I will bring my business.
