Tracy was excellent, and only recommended the repairs that were needed, so there wasn't any "fluff" per say, and added expenses or things mentioned to pad the cost of the total repairs. He's a straight shooter, and a much needed breath of fresh air for Vandergriff where honestly in the past I have felted gouged with service because in this economy people are not buying new ones, so it gets passed on to the ones that are trying to take care of their vehicle that is already paid for. Cut out the fluff, and deliver on Customer Service. That's exactly what Tracy did :) More

Mike, was on top of his game when I called in . He knew exactly what my problem was when I called so he told me what to do to get my car to the dealership and he would be waiting on me. He was! My service appointment was excellent. Tracy told me that night drop-off was available after hours and all I needed to do leave my vehicle at the garage doors, complete the envelope with service needs, place the key in envelope, and place in the night drop box. The next day of my service, Tracy was very professional and informed me on the vehicle inspection results, made recommendations on what my vehicle needed, and also provided future service recommendations. He explained everything in detail as to the service work being performed, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very sincere, courteous, and professional in his approach, which is something that you rarely find in most customer service fields these days, let alone an automobile dealership. The whole team at Vandergriff Honda treats their customers as family. When I am ready to trade my Honda in, there is no question where I will bring my business.
