Overall a great job..!! Mike told me about how long it would take to complete the repair of the moon roof, but emailed the next day to say that they were going to fix (under warranty) the TPMS light as we would take to complete the repair of the moon roof, but emailed the next day to say that they were going to fix (under warranty) the TPMS light as well. This would takke an extra day for the part to come in, but I did not mind and appreciated them catching the TPMS light, as I had missunderstood the owners manual and therefore thought the light was supposed to be on. They did a great job and completed all repairs on time. More

Vandergriff Service department has really stepped up its game. I have dealt with Lexus and Mercedes service departments in the past and this Honda dealership is right up there with its service level. I'm a college student and my dad always took care of all things car. When I came in for an engine diagnostics I didn't know what was going on. There were no issues with it and I had pointed out that one of the plug reason for the top rating is I brought the vehicle in for a seat belt recall.
