I walked in just wanting to test drive some vehicles because the car I originally inquired about was being used by another customer. After waiting for a while to see if I qualified for another car, the one I originally wanted (the cube) came back. This is the first time I've ever purchased a car, but Anna made sure that I understood the process of doing so. She even followed up with me to make sure everything was working out. I would without a doubt recommend Vandergriff Honda to a friend! More

I was a victim of the classic bait and switch on Sunday August 17th. I received a mailer from Vandergriff Honda saying they would buy out my lease on my car and put me in a new Honda Accord LX for $259 a m August 17th. I received a mailer from Vandergriff Honda saying they would buy out my lease on my car and put me in a new Honda Accord LX for $259 a month, no money down. But when did the work up sales offer the lowest price was around $321. When I said I wanted the advertised price I was given the traditional Let me see my sales manager. I eventually walked out. BTW, the small print also indicates that no money down does NOT include tax (although I wasn't buying the car), dealer prep, etc. Yet another nosebleed experience in buying a car. I walked out. More

Been with Vandergriff Honda for about 5 yrs. Treated extremely well by everyone at the dealership as well as at the repair shop! My appointments are done in a timely manner--and I have been very plea extremely well by everyone at the dealership as well as at the repair shop! My appointments are done in a timely manner--and I have been very pleased with all work done---including service personnel going that extra step to take care of my needs, i.e.; finding a bad battery and replacing it at no charge. This past visit, Mike Symank took care of my appointment in the agreed time frame. I highly recommend Vandergriff Honda and dealership to any person. I wasn't waiting very long at the dealer to complete my paperwork. We didn't spend all evening trying to get me a figure. I told him the payment amount that could work and the rest was history. Horrible customer service. A friend and I went to the dealership after her tire had blown out after only having the car for two weeks or so and while discussing the issue with the sales associate, (Hoque dealership after her tire had blown out after only having the car for two weeks or so and while discussing the issue with the sales associate, (Hoque) he got in my face when I asked to speak to a manager and stated "WHO ARE YOU?" And said "NO, I will not go get the manager for you" several times. He was childish and offered no solution for the problem and continuously rolled his eyes. Very disqusted at the fact that he still works there and at the poor customer service that was given to my friend and I, and that Hoque even stated "You can not speak to the manager". I will no longer do business with vandergriff honda and will highly suggest AGAINST it to any of my peers attempting to buy a car. More

When we bought the car that suited our family needs we were very excited. Until 2 months after we bought the car the break pads start going out. We called the dealership up and they said "Sorry about this were very excited. Until 2 months after we bought the car the break pads start going out. We called the dealership up and they said "Sorry about this but it's not under warranty so it will cost you about $250 to fix it." It's not a big problem I realize this but the reason for us getting a new car is so we wouldn't have to worry about car problems for a while and now 2 months later they don't even want to help us unless we give them over $200. They should of taken care of the break pads before they sold it to anyone! You are now warned they don't change the break pads before they sale cars. We also got an oil change there and it took 2 1/2 hours just to get an oil change. I loved the car buying experience but once they get you to buy the car they don't really take care of you. It's not like I bought the car a year ago and my break pads went out. It's been only 2 months and my family has not taken any sort of trip or anything. I am so disappointed, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone I know if this is how they treat their customers once they leave with the car. More
