Horrible customer service. A friend and I went to the dealership after her tire had blown out after only having the car for two weeks or so and while discussing the issue with the sales associate, (Hoque dealership after her tire had blown out after only having the car for two weeks or so and while discussing the issue with the sales associate, (Hoque) he got in my face when I asked to speak to a manager and stated "WHO ARE YOU?" And said "NO, I will not go get the manager for you" several times. He was childish and offered no solution for the problem and continuously rolled his eyes. Very disqusted at the fact that he still works there and at the poor customer service that was given to my friend and I, and that Hoque even stated "You can not speak to the manager". I will no longer do business with vandergriff honda and will highly suggest AGAINST it to any of my peers attempting to buy a car. More
