This was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. If you're in the market for a Honda, go see Victoria! She will take great care of you!! Most of this deal was done over the phone and email. I didn't want to spend half the day in the dealership and have a bunch of back and fourth. Clyde, the sales manager was honest and worked with me to sell their vehicle to me for an outstanding price. Victoria was excellent, honest, prompt, professional, and friendly!! The gentleman in finance was professional and not pushy. Like I said, excellent experience at Vandergriff Honda! More

E This was my 5th visit to Vandergriff Honda. From the moment I got there to the moment I left in my 2014 Honda Accord was an exhilarating experience. Everyone I encountered were so friendly and eager to provide service. My sales rep, Anna Lane, was absolutely wonderful. She made this experience so easy. She was there from beginning to end and has done follow ups. The finance manager, Salah Hoque, was equally wonderful. He made the financing part of the visit painless and worked tirelessly to give me a fantastic deal. Chris Gonzalez was equally helpful in showing me all the components of my car so I would be able to operate it safely. He even programmed my phone so I would have hands free access. All of these individuals were just fantastic and if I should trade again in the future, I will seek their assistance. If you need a new Honda go to Vandergriff and ask for these 3 people. I have only received the best of service in each of my purchases thanks to these professionals and the overall process was short and not lengthy. More

Overpriced service. Why should I have to haggle for service? This was my 2nd and last visit to Vandergriff Honda. Back in 2006 when we first got our Honda Element we brought it to Vandergriff for some routine s This was my 2nd and last visit to Vandergriff Honda. Back in 2006 when we first got our Honda Element we brought it to Vandergriff for some routine service. When we returned to pick up the car it had a large scratch on the side. The service manager at the time told us, "we should not expect it to stay new forever". Long story short, we argued, they fixed the issue and I said I would never come back. This year we needed to have some work done on the same Element and I figured I would give Vandergriff another try since it has been so long. This visit was not as bad but I am still not happy with Vandergriff. We needed to have some AC work done and I find it extremely insulting when we are given a price quote that is obviously inflated. When I was given the quote for the AC repairs, I called 2 other local Honda dealers and asked them their cost. The amount was over $200 less. When I called the service advisor back he said he would have to check with the manager about the price. It is ridiculous that getting your car serviced is just like buying a new car. There should not be any reason why I should have to hear "let me check with my manager" when I have provided proof that you are overcharging for your services. After checking with his manager, we finally got the price down to what I felt was reasonable and the work was performed. After this experience, I will never go back to Vandergriff. BTW: I think more people would leave dealership service departments happy if they would charge labor based on the actual time it took to do the work, rather than charging the book time. More

Mike Symank and this service center did a very good job Since the dealer where I bought my PILOT was 53 miles away from my home, I was doing my research of finding a very good service center. After reading a lot of positive reviews about this center and about Mike Symank, I scheduled and appointment for Monday of last week. When I arrived at the facility, Veron Shorter was very courteous in greeting me and he led me to Mike. Before I introduced myself to Mike, he already called my name which showed that he was really expecting and waiting for me. Because of that, it made me think that this guy was really serious in doing his job and a truly service advisor with excellent customer service. He introduced himself and told me what to expect about the service and showed me some features of my car that I might not yet discovered since I mentioned to him that it was my first HONDA car and my first service. Job order was only change oil and oil filter, tire rotation, and complimentary check point inspection. He was very friendly and gave me a chip to have a free cup of coffee. Waiting room was very nice with free Wi-Fi. After an hour and 15 minutes, the job was done with free car wash. I paid the service which was decent and I was glad also to learn from their cashier that they would accept CarCare One credit card. Good thing about such credit card is if the service charge is over $299, it would allow me to pay it in 6 months equal payments without interest. But I did not use it yet since the service I had was only below $100. Mike drove my car in front of the doorstep and he gave me a Quick Reference brochure for the meaning of the symbols which might show up in the future and he told me about what to expect in the next service. I recommend Mike Symank and Vandergriff Honda for their car service. Thank you Mike....Richard V. More

I got a feeling of compassion and honesty and wanted me to feel comfortable with the purchase of my vehicle. Mr. White is truly an asset to the Vandergriff team! Mr. White worked hard to make sure I was a satisfied Vandergriff customer...and I am! Mr. White is now my personal car salesman, I will be purchasing all of my vehicles from Mr. White from this day forward no matter what dealership it is...I was sold on Mr. White! More
