The day before I made my purchase, he showed me a car that did not work for me, and once again I was disappointed. But then, Kirby called me the next day and had already worked out a deal for me to get my Camaro! I got there, and all I had to do was test drive me new baby and meet with financing. I was there for all of 45 minutes. My down payment and monthly payment needs were met. I don't have the best credit, but they took a chance with me and put me in the car I wanted. I'v already referred people to Kirby and will continue to do so. Thank you all! More

A Rare Experience After almost 4 months trying to buy a new car (Honda and Nissan) we gave up and quit looking several times due basically to inept salesmen that didn't After almost 4 months trying to buy a new car (Honda and Nissan) we gave up and quit looking several times due basically to inept salesmen that didn't have a clue. I'm not going to waste your or my time going into detail on this review because anyone reading it should get the gist of what I'm trying to convey here. Basically, if a potential customer can't get past dealing with the salesperson, the rest of the dealer's infrastructure (and how good or bad it is) is unimportant for obvious reasons. Luckily, Nigel McPeake just happened to answer my call and everything else fell into place. We were quite satisfied with the whole experience EXCEPT for one person. I believe he may be called a sales manager...moved in to close the deal. We came very close to walking away due to his smugness and snide remarks. I personally feel that he was too young for that position but what do I know. Getting past that, even the person finalizing/writing the contract was great and I hope Nigel and this person will get credit for a job well done. As for the sales manager or whoever he was, I could care less if he even has a job. Thanks everyone for a job well done. (I can't remember the other person's names...Nigel probably can though) Why isn't Nigel McPeake listed below???????? More

excellent experience Afer several attempts to reach the service department regarding my problem and never receiving a response I gave up. On Wednesday, November 19, 20 Afer several attempts to reach the service department regarding my problem and never receiving a response I gave up. On Wednesday, November 19, 2014, the problem ended by me sitting in the parking lot of Costco, unable to put my car into gear. My daughter came to get me and we went to Honda and explained my problem to Rey Rendon. He was very helpful and advised my daughter how to solve the problem. It didn't work so we went back to Honda and one of the other service men there told us of another way. That didn't work so she called Mr. Rendon who asked us to come pick him up and he would see what he could do. He as able to put it in gear and drove back to the dealshiip. He checked to be sure they had the part I needed (which they did). We purchased the part from the cashier who was very sweet. Mr. Rendon put the part on for us without charging. For something I feared would be in the hundreds of dollars ended up costing less than $25.00. Mr. Rendon went above and beyond the call of duty. He also told me my vehicle was on the recall list for the air bag. I had never received notice and could not find anything on line advising me that my car was one of those being recalled. He ordered the part and said he will call me and schedule an appointment when the order is received. I could not be more pleased with my experience and will return as long as I have Mr. Rendon as my service advisor. You need to have more people like him working with the public. More

My best dealership experience ever! Edison Vargas has to be the best salesman at Vandergriff Honda. He doesn't rush you into anything or pressure you into getting a car you don't like.
