Excellent Customer Service I recently had my 2015 Chevy Tahoe serviced at Vandergriff Chevrolet. I didn't have an appointment for the service work or the recall; Layne, my servi I recently had my 2015 Chevy Tahoe serviced at Vandergriff Chevrolet. I didn't have an appointment for the service work or the recall; Layne, my service rep went and checked to make sure that it could all be done the same day. Further, I was told originally that it would take about 4 hrs, but it was only about 3. Layne, my service rep, was a very courteous and polite. He has made me want to bring my corvette back to be serviced because of his EXCELLENT customer service! The only thing that didn't happen was the car wash, but I'm not sure if that's included with service. More

The deal took no time at all and was painless. Abishai Tisbi was very helpful and showed me the dealership and answered all my questions and was wonderful to work with. Austin Bryan the business manager was great to work with also, very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and explained to me options for extended warranties and other options and did not rush me on making my choices. General maintenance I had an oil change, tire rotations, air filter and supposedly a multi point inspection. Done on February 21, 2017. The person who assigned as my go to didnt know anything and could not answer any of the questions I asked. I don't think they even did the multipoint inspection that I paid for. I asked for a report and was denied one. They were only interested in trying to sell me services that my car manual said was not due and this time. I will not be going back there again. I had been going there for years BUT NOW I will find another Chevrolet Dealer to take my Chevrolet s too. Dissatisfied customer. I will certainly not be recommending them again.😞 More

My every question was answered quickly and explained thoroughly. Negotiations went very smoothly without any undue pressure or bait and switch tactics that are common at some other dealerships. I talked with or visited six other Chevy or GM dealers about buying an Acadia or a Traverse before coming to Vandergriff where I found the best offer. I am very satisfied with my experience at Vandergriff Chevrolet. More
