Helped me out of a bind I let my niece drive my Silverado to the store. When she got back, my driver seat wouldn't move backwards (switch was broke). It was not safe for me to drive with my knees pressed against the console. I made it to Vandergriff at 5:50pm, 10 minutes before they closed. Cody Kwiatkowski greeted me at the door and asked how he could help. I explained the situation to him and he brought it back to a technician who was able to manually slide me electric seat back where it was safe for me to drive home that evening. Cody could have told me it was too late and I had no appointment, but he helped us out of a bind. I took it back the next morning and they fixed it and washed my truck for me. I live in Keller, TX, but I will always use Vandergriff in Arlington from now on. Cody was a true professional and lifesaver. Thank you Vandergriff for saving the day by letting our family get home safe! More

Fooled for the last time My wife called April this morning concerning a recall letter that we received from GM. We were told by another advisor that they could not see the rec My wife called April this morning concerning a recall letter that we received from GM. We were told by another advisor that they could not see the recall and that we'd have to pay a diagnostic fee. April rudely told my wife who was trying to explain the GM letter we received, "If someone told you have to pay the fee you have the pay the fee!" "Go to Moritz who sold you the car and see if they can help, we are not going to". We will be grading service severely when the survey comes. This is not the first poor experience here. You all have taught us a lesson, we will never be back. I will purchase my new Tahoe elsewhere. More
