Cody, my service adviser, arranged for a loaner vehicle. While I waited, I was able to enjoy a hot beverage and a comfortable place to site. Everyone was so friendly. I was given a time when I should expect to hear back about what repairs would be needed and was called within that time. Repairs were made promptly. When I returned for my vehicle, I was again greeted right away. Everyone was professional, friendly and courteous throughout my dealings with Vandergriff Chevrolet! Bad, rude service representative...Cody I'm surprised at the good reviews you have gotten, maybe you don't post the bad ones. We took our 2017 LTZ to have the brakes looked at, trouble since I'm surprised at the good reviews you have gotten, maybe you don't post the bad ones. We took our 2017 LTZ to have the brakes looked at, trouble since purchase Feb 2017. Cody was on the defense when trk was dropped off on Feb 14, we knew the weekend was coming so we didn't expect anything until Tuesday, I called Tuesday and Cody told me there were 2 or 3 cars ahead of ours, he asked if I wanted a loaner, I said no. I called Friday and he told me the same thing, I reminded him that that's what he told on Tuesday, that's when he started yelling at me, my husband took the call over and he yelled at him also. I called back and left a message not to fix the trk we were picking it up. We picked it up, took it to David mcdavid, traded it in for a new F150. We didn't want to fight with your service depart every time we had to take it in for service. I hope you take some action, we letting our family and friends about your treatment of customers. We're now hearing about the bad reputation your service department has. More

Outstanding customer service in the car purchase process. Started with sale ad on 2019 Spark 1LT. Upon arrival at Vandergriff dealership, we were greeted by Chad who introduced us to David Lopez (Sales Representative). We test drove the car advertised, then negotiated the final sale price with David followed by completing the transaction with Shane Tucker ( Finance Representative. The whole experience was very pleasant and we are completely satisfied with our new car purchase. David Lopez extended to my wife and I what I come to know as military respect and courtesy.
