Wouldn’t consider purchasing from them. Although I found them to be friendly people and got me info I asked for, they said one thing and did another. An offer was made by a sales manage Although I found them to be friendly people and got me info I asked for, they said one thing and did another. An offer was made by a sales manager for a price on a vehicle, the next day the price has risen (with a different manager). After explaining the offer that was made by the previous manager, the other manager said “well I’m just jumping in here, I wouldn’t have made the offer she made.” Issue I had with her offer is their website advertises 9,250 in dealer discounts but they only offered 6,000 in discounts and not $1 more. After explaining that to the new manager he said, “well you’re not from here, and we take care of our own.” I purchase cars once a year, but I’ll never purchase one from them. More

The advertisement was a bait and switch. I went to look at a truck they advertised for a certain price. Once there they added on $3600 in "options". A waste of time I went to look at a truck they advertised for a certain price. Once there they added on $3600 in "options". A waste of time More
Make your next purchase anywhere other than Vandergriff Chevrolet, because they will try to act like they are giving you a huge discount, then they will attempt to deceive you when it gets to financing. I Chevrolet, because they will try to act like they are giving you a huge discount, then they will attempt to deceive you when it gets to financing. I received a rate of 6.99% through @chasebank.__ and I guess they make less off of this financing rate so they chose one that came back at 7.24%, then they manually raised the rate to 9.24%, apparently it is completely legal for them to take ANY APR they choose and raise it up to a maximum of 200 BPS, and I was told that they do not have to show me the offers that the banks provided them (maybe it’s true, maybe it’s not, still trying to figure that part out). Either way, @chasebank.__ sent me a push notification right while I was signing papers. Luckily I saw the lower rate, and asked why they did not present this one to me. When I began challenging their decision, they tried to flip the script and act like I had become so upset and that I started causing a scene. I didn’t become upset until the manager pretty much flat out said since you won’t let us charge you a much higher APR that would have cost me an additional $2,671 over the term of the loan they felt like I wouldn’t be happy with this sale so they were going to cut me loose. Wrong I was just fine until I learned you were trying to screw me over and then denied me to choose the financing that I would like to pay with. Of course they are selling cars to make a profit, but it is all at the expense of peoples time, energy (we all know what dealing with the dealership is like), money, and credit score. It is clear that the only people they care about are themselves, especially because when the manager saw his google review or maybe it was the one from BBB, he came out to the lobby, where I was waiting in my Uber that I had to buy because the denied me service and he told me I had to stand outside in the rain to wait on my ride because he received a poor review. I don’t know how else you would expect someone to respond in this situation sir, when you have damaged their credit, cost them money getting to the dealership, attacked their intelligence and integrity, berated them not just by yourself but with two other managers that can’t for the life of them figure why I was upset with your alls scams, but the thing I can never recoup is the time and energy that I spent being strung along for the ride until you decided you weren’t making enough money off of me, so you just cut me loose, but really, when I am standing in the lobby, minding my own business, to open the door and tell me to go stand in the cold and pouring rain, that just makes you a terrible human being with no empathy and no character. I bet your parents are really proud of how many people you screw over every single year! Really, how do you all sleep? You don’t know peoples financial situations and you slip in higher interest rates and act like it’s better for everyone. Maybe it’s time to start rethinking your life choices. More
Marco was excellent, went to test drive a vehicle that I saw online, I was out the door with the price I wanted in just a couple of hours. Everyone was kind and professional. saw online, I was out the door with the price I wanted in just a couple of hours. Everyone was kind and professional. More
