It was one of the fastest service appointments I've ever had. Done in just over an hour. Vince was my advisor and he was helped by Cody (Coby?) when he was on lunch. Both of these gentlemen were very helpful. I got an explanation of what was needed and why. I got the multipoint inspection, an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel additive. The text message received was helpful so I could keep track of when my car would be completed. Joanne was at the cashier's desk and was wonderful to deal with. She helped me with my Chevy points and I was able to use those and paid nothing, even after getting a couple of other discounts. It was a great experience. I used to go all the way to NRH for service, but this location is so much closer to home and well worth my business. More
