I came in and had a terrible experience with Beth. Not only did she not know the products, but she flat out lied to me during the (attempted) buying process. Absolutely unacceptable. Then, her boss (Lecia maybe) made a verbal deal with my husband over the phone later that night and said she would set up the paperwork. Only to call ME the next day to say “we are unwilling to negotiate”. These two were enough for me to swear off Vandergriff. Thankful for you, we were later contacted by an internet specialist who was WAY more pleasant to deal with (after we made it clear we would absolutely NOT work with Beth). We worked with Madi who was an absolute dream and got me into the exact car I wanted. Overall, Madi saved your reputation and sale. I will only recommend your dealership with referral to Madi. More

1. you guys kept my car for 1-1/2 weeks. this happens every time I bring it in for service. 2. the repair was not complete the first time. I drove it away and within 30 minutes the alarms on the dash we every time I bring it in for service. 2. the repair was not complete the first time. I drove it away and within 30 minutes the alarms on the dash went off again, so i brought it back in. 3. after another diagnosis by the service tech, I was told that other parts 'broke' after i drove it off and it would be more money to get those parts replaced. 4. then i get a call from the service advisor telling me that she forgot to tell me some additional work would be needed on top of that and it would cost even more. I am totally disappointed in this level of service. I am not a bank to keep making withdrawals from. this is the last time I will bring my Equinox to Vandergriff for service. Jack L Burk More
