Bought a new car & it was a wonderful experience. I knew what I wanted & Product Specialist Alicia Esquivel listened to me & showed me what inventory was in stock. Everything went well until we left the dealership. Discovered there was no spare or jack. The sales person’s response to everything was “that’s the way it came in”. No floor mats, no key fobs, no jack Discovered there was no spare or jack. The sales person’s response to everything was “that’s the way it came in”. No floor mats, no key fobs, no jack and no spare tire. Didn’t leave us with a very good impression after that response. They did however give us 2 fobs to get programmed. Of course one of those didn’t work at all. We came in from out of town to buy the truck. Also had to request the paperwork for the extended warranty we purchased be mailed to us. We trusted and took to much for granted. More
